穷乡僻壤出恶人的后一句
“穷乡僻壤出恶人”没有下一句，这是后代衍生的句子，原句应为“穷山恶水，泼妇刁民”，意思是偏僻凶恶的地方会有刁钻的人。语出乾隆皇帝当年之镇江的感慨，当年镇江怎么穷、怎么恶不得而知，但一直觉得这个有盛世功德的皇帝此语有失偏颇。
